Start>Run>type services.msc in the Open field in the Run window and don't
misspell it!
Click OK.
Under Name in the new Services window, find and double-click on Error
Reporting Service.
A new window opens.
Find the menu next to Startup type: and select Disabled using the down arrow
at right.
Click on the Apply button.
Now click on the Stop button.
Once it is finished stopping, click OK.
Close the Services window.
