Fill out the form and it tells you where to search! Noodle Quest is very thorough. It takes a minute to fill out a simple form describing what you want to look for and how you want to search. Then, it will suggest about three online tools you should use initially. In addition, if you want more, it will keep giving you more.

One of the best places to learn about search engines is: www.searchenginewatch.com (most services there are no longer free). New search engines on the horizon, specialized search engines, changes in various engines, how to use them…it's all there and more.

Knowing which keywords are really key.

Make a long, long list of words to search against before you even get started. Just one right keyword, and the information you may have thought didn't exist is right at your fingertips.

1. Enlarge your vocabulary.
2. Try all your keywords across several search engines.
3. Try different word endings
